This is a place where you can find peace in palm trees garden,
or pleasures of sunbathing by the private swimming pool.

Villamilpalmas is special for lovers of nature, tranquility and privacy.Here you can sleep at any time of the day if you wish, make a multitude of outdoor activities and connect with the surrounding nature.
No crowds or tourism industries hotel or clubbing.
This is a property with three independent apartments for rent: casa 1, casa 2, casa 3 with shared swimming pool.
Pictures are from Casa 2 - apartment that is situated in the back of the property with a lovely forest view from covered upstairs terrace.
Apartment is are well equipped. Very comfortable, well care and clean.
Wi-fi Internet, Astra satellite TV, books in several languages, darts, bicycles, bike and weights, tennis table, board games. Decorated in the colonial style with a beautiful exotic garden (30 Palm trees, hibiscus, oleanders, yuccas and cacti, bougainvillea, Cypress, etc.)
Distance to the beach from the house is approx. 2km and 1km to the village and its amenities.
Two pine forests, a beach as 30 years ago, dunes, a seaside town without discos or bustle, three natural areas in a short distance.
Village La Marina and its two beaches are on the Costa Blanca.
20 min to the Alicante Airport.Famous resorts such as Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola and Los Arenales, Torrevieja or Alicante are within maximum 30 km away.
We have been living in La Marina about 24 years and know the region very well. It will be my pleasure to inform you about everything you can visit and do here.
We speak Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch.
-the price includes water, electricity, sheets, bath and hand towels and access to barbecue and swimming pool (communal, but only for property guests).
Please be aware that we do not supply beach towels!
If you wish you can rent the whole property Villamilpalmas (3 apartments) - then it would be ideal for celebrate events (small weddings, family reunions ) or for special classes and workshops (for example yoga classes, dance lessons). The property is very safe for children (fenced swimming pool), your pet or to celebrate your banquet and party around the pool. Please send email for special offer.
Attention: During the high season, June, July, August and September -we don't rent per days, only per weeks!!
