Prices per week:650€ (maximum 4 persons)
-the price includes water, electricity, sheets, bath and hand towels and access to a barbecue and swimming pool (communal, but only for property guests).
Please be aware that we do not supply beach towels!
Cleaning costs:
60€ (house, electrical appliances etc., everything which is Textil and terraces)
Deposit:
300€ -guarantee (a deposit that will be given back the day of your departure after the check-out).
Check-in at 17:00 - check out at 12:00
No other guests are allowed!
If you wish you could rent the whole property Villamilpalmas (3 apartments) - then it would be ideal for celebrating events (small weddings, family reunions ) or for special classes and workshops (for example yoga classes, dance lessons). The property is very safe for children (fenced swimming pool), your pet or to celebrate your banquet and party around the pool. Please send an email for a special offer.
Attention: During the high season, June, July, August and September -we don't rent per day, only per week!!
